1. Use of the Website

2. Event Registration and Participation

• All registrations, sponsorships, and bookings are subject to availability and approval by Maxpo Exhibitions.
• A registration is considered confirmed only after payment and/or written confirmation.
• By registering, you consent to receive communication related to the event, including updates and promotions.
• Participants are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date registration details.

3. Payment Terms

• All invoices must be settled within five (5) business days of issuance unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer or authorized credit card transactions. Payment details will be provided on the invoice.
• Registrations without timely payment may be canceled without notice.
• All listed prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.

4. Cancellation and Substitution Policy

• All payments made toward participation or sponsorship are strictly non-refundable.
• Delegates unable to attend may nominate a substitute from their organization by providing written notice at least 48 hours before the event.
• Sponsors and exhibitors cannot cancel after payment. However, credits may be provided for a future edition of the same event at Maxpo’s discretion.

5. Event Changes and Force Majeure

• Future PropTech Summit reserves the right to change the event format, venue, schedule, or speakers due to circumstances beyond our control.
• If the event cannot occur as scheduled due to force majeure (including pandemics, natural disasters, or government restrictions), it may be rescheduled or conducted virtually.
• We are not liable for any expenses, losses, or damages arising from such changes.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on this Website—including logos, graphics, videos, and text—is owned by Maxpo Exhibitions or its partners and protected by law.
• No part of the Website may be reproduced, copied, or distributed without prior written permission.
• All trademarks and logos displayed are the property of their respective owners.

7. Photography and Media Release

• By attending the Future PropTech Summit, you consent to photography, video recording, and media use for promotional purposes without compensation.
• If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, you must notify the organizers in writing before the event.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

• We handle personal data in compliance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy.
• Attendee data may be shared with sponsors or partners for business networking purposes only and will not be sold or misused.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Neither Future PropTech Summit nor Maxpo Exhibitions shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from event participation or website use.
• We do not assume responsibility for the conduct or actions of attendees, sponsors, or third-party vendors.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Future PropTech Summit, Maxpo Exhibitions, its employees, and partners against any claims, damages, or expenses resulting from your violation of these Terms or participation in the event.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

12. Modifications to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
• Continued use of the Website after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
